I would like to thank you for the 3 Winnie the Pooh books that you printed for my grandchildren at Xmas time. I would not normally write to thank a company for fulfilling a basic order, however in this case it is slightly different as you remedied a mistake of mine. 2 days after posting the original order, I realised that I had forgotten to add one of the 'extra' names. I then wrote and asked if it was possible for you to trace my order form & add the missing name. This you did and I greatly appreciate it. I just can't begin to thank you enough for the Winnie the Pooh personalsied book. I came home after a very hectic day at work and this package was in my porchway, when I opened it and read through it, I was crying with happiness, it was as though it really was a story about my grandson and his adventure with Winnie and his friends.
